Cat Ba house

The owners of this house are very warm and nature-loving people. This pre-concept design gives the small house full of sunshine and wind on the beautiful island of Catba. Catba is a romantic and beautiful island. As an island crowded with tourists, land in Catba can be scarce and thus land plots are usually small in size.

We opted for complete optimization of this existing surface upon an uneven terrain to integrate a building on several levels. The core objective is to increase the living space while maintaining outdoor space for relaxation.

Only 50m² of construction with three floors within an 100m² piece of land caters well the needs of a family of four (a couple with two children).
