Connecting living space in a green city

“Creeks of Light” is a project by HOMA participating in an international competition organized by the Penta Corporation. The proposed design for this project has a total area of 32,000 m2 – double the initial requirements. This enables the creation of a high-density yet incredibly lush and green ecological area.

HOMA’s ideas are brought into the project:

• Imagine an ideal urban area, strategically located at the eastern end of Nove Lido. It blends a beautiful riverside, the EuroVelo road and a busy traffic network. The creation of a seamless metropolis brings for an ideal destination. So the place that perfectly integrates the connection and attracts all eyes.
• The “Creeks of Light” aims to create a modern and eco-friendly area. With our unique design, we not only stay connected with the local culture and traditional customs. But we also bring an interesting living and working space for you and your family.
• The river in the premises creates a cool space, where you can roam and relax among the beautiful natural paintings. This is where you can find the harmony between modern architecture and nature in a unique living space.
