In that pharmacist’s apartment, it is impossible be lack of a lab area where she researches and creates new products. The Lab is located in the center of the apartment. The design team of Vinhome Skylake apartment intends to clear boundaries between areas according to common way. The lab is actually a large table and a set of shelves for all the laboratory supplies.

For dining purpose of a family, the size of this table is much bigger then actual need. Therefore, it is designed to serve many purposes: work (part of the lab), study, party and chat with relatives and friends … Each activity will leave its own marks on the table. Desk – a witness- save memories.

Room for kids

A second interesting space in this Vinhomes skylake apartment is a room for kids. The two are young, so you share a cute “bird’s nest“, where you roll around, enjoy playing with your parents during the day and rest comfortably at night. 

Parent would like both to let children be independent in their own space, as well as to welcome them at any time. Therefore, a secret window appears between the two rooms, the children’s room and the parent’s room. Parents can close this window when they need privacy. In most of time, this window is  open to make their children closer. The secret window is now the family’s favorite place for reading. When children grown up, they take a part of the “bird’s nest” to their own room, the size of each part is still large enough, comfortable enough. The bird’s nest will keep all their childhood memories.

Terrace

Although the balcony garden is small, it is well-planned and cared for by the owner. She collects all kinds of herbal plants and creates a green space to share with her partner in sunny days.
