HOMA
Le Jardin is a French term meaning “Garden”.
The project’s name partially reflects the love for nature and personalized design for the owner. Specifically, the owner is someone who seeks tranquility and serenity amidst the vibrant center of Saigon – a bustling and bustling place of life.
A secret garden
In one of the busiest corners of Saigon, behind that humble door, there might be a surprising secret waiting to be revealed. Even the land plot itself is capable of causing astonishment with its generous space at the back. The land impresses us with its spacious and expansive rear area, providing ample room for various possibilities. After all, the discovery of a lush green secrete garden is a great experience for family members and guests.
Design strategy of HOMA
- HOMA have maximized the front garden area in terms of space and seamlessly integrated with the public functional blocks.
- In addiction, we also separate the private functional blocks into distinct blocks and put it at a higher level.
- We intelligently utilize natural light to ensure privacy and optimize the views, while also applying it elegantly to the interior.
