Warm and friendly space in the house

Our design targets the main goals, close to the homeowner’s life:

  • The garden landscape space combined with vegetable growing is friendly and attractive. Convenient for family fun and outdoor activities.
  • The renovated architecture is suitable for local construction solutions and conditions to save costs.
  • Adjust interior function rooms to have large enough living space. Space for 2 generations with 5 members to use for a minimum of 20 years.
  • Add a small but comfortable studio for rent to increase family income.

Overview

The architecture of the house has been developed in a partial reverse compared to the current status quo. At first glance it looks like the theory of yin and yang. One block is for private spaces for families. One block is for common spaces such as the living area, kitchen area and dining table. The connection between the two blocks is the reception axis and the spiritual and worship space.

The roof in this option has a form relatively similar to the old roof system of the house. Between the space blocks on the roof, light beams are arranged to ensure natural light while still ensuring heat for the house.

The interior design is warm and closely

The interior of the house is filled with warmth and warmth. The materials used are wood, rush, rattan and bamboo with delicate pattern details. The ceiling of the living room retains a diagonal roof that both increases the height of the space and reminds an architectural feature close to people. Vietnam.
