HOMA
This project requires transforming an ordinary office building into a multi-functional workplace for Hoa Phat group, which includes a banquet room, an amphitheater, conference rooms, and working office for Hoa Phat Group and member companies. For this project we introduce 3 major operations :
1- Introduce a large open floor space to create an atrium;
2- Install a reception loft and a staircase that links the ground floor with the first floor;
3-The existing square columns are coated into a cylinder shape with steel tubes that extend to both floors. This makes the atrium appear even higher, more elegant, and friendlier to human’s movements.
The result: The entrance hall looks more focused and friendly. It also highlights the Group’s most successful product: steel.
