The architects deliberately separated the clock tower to carry strong symbolism and provide a dedicated preservation environment for the clocks. The raised space below the tower features 12 columns, representing the 12 hours on a clock face. It offers a spacious area for hosting guests and gatherings, allowing visitors to enjoy the surrounding greenery.
The entire building block is pushed back, embracing a spacious front garden. The vibrant green foliage stands out against the natural reddish-brown bricks, creating a unique focal point.
