In this project, we would honor the brutal beauty of raw concrete ( such a common material )

As a way to remind us about how valuable it really is

Concrete is the OUDH of rock.

This option seeks an inner CAVE to bring zenithal light into the interior and for a good ventilation.

The brutal expresison of rock and the beauty of indirect light create many poetic view points.

By conserving the existing natural stone, this design brings the nature deep inside. And thus, reveals the beautiful contrast between raw concrete and raw rock.

Given the development is on a rocky hill which is considerably far from Nha Trang beach, we offer a personalized beach in the villa with ocean view. The infinity pool on the second floor provides a sensation of being on the sea.
