Skyvie Hotel is designed according to the segment: Holiday In Express (the hotel brand of IHG – InterContinental Hotels Group) with 150 keys. In this project, we have the opportunity to cooperate with the participating units:
- Investor: Dai Long Group
- Concept design: Dark Horse Company (Australia) chaired by Mr. Andrew Frost
- Management company: IHG Group is in charge of Mrs. Ellen Chang
HOMA’s work in the Skyvie hotel project includes:
- Optimize the concept design to suit the needs of the investor.
- Optimize and increase the quality of construction architecture.
- Interior design meets IHG’s hotel management standards.

Our primary goal is to enhance the architectural features of the hotel to create a welcoming and friendly space for guests.
Our main focus is on redesigning public areas to make them more flexible. The space helps to cater for different functions and operational requirements. This ensures that the hotel can smoothly organize various events and activities. Finally, improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. In addition, our design transformation is also aimed at optimizing the business performance of the hotel.
We design the most meticulous, optimized architecture in accordance with international hotel management standards. That not only creates a memorable experience for guests, but also contributes to the hotel’s image and reputation in the travel and accommodation industry.
