Faced with these interesting conditions, we pose fundamental questions. Purpose to orient research for the design for Villa -Hoa Xuan 2:
1- How to expand the green gaps? At the same time balancing with the cubic strength of the futuristic construction?
2- How to bring in lots of natural light and ventilation? While ensuring effective sunshade to maintain comfort and suitable for tropical climate?
3- What is the best strategy for the building to get the most benefit from the existing conditions?
4- What impressions, emotions and methods of communication will the project bring to the user?

Stories of the gardens

Behind the gate are gardens – green spaces to welcome the owner back home. The living spaces are located next to the gardens. Each garden has its own personality that brings a different feeling when in each space. Therefore, discovering a hidden green garden will be a wonderful experience for family members and friends.

Architectural plan chosen by the customer

The small garden is the heart of the house located on the central location. Living spaces are developed around this garden. The common living space is extended both horizontally and vertically. This brings openness when entering the house. The private spaces are retreated into contact with the green space through secret doorways crept vertically.
